• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD)for orders up to PKR 5,000. Orders above this limit require advance payment.
• Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR)and are subject to change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if payment is not verified or if there are pricing or stock issues

• Delivery is available within Quetta and nearby areas.
• Orders within 5 kmhave a standard delivery fee.
• Orders between 5-10 kmhave a flat Rs. 200 delivery charge.
• Orders beyond 10 kmhave a flat Rs. 300 delivery charge.
• Delivery times are 2-24 hours, depending on location and order volume.
• We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or roadblocks.

• Orders can be canceled within 1 hourof placing them. Once processed, they cannot be canceled.
• Due to the perishable natureof our products, returns are not accepted.
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately upon deliveryfor a resolution.

• We guarantee that our products are freshly bakedand made with high-quality ingredients.
• Slight variations in size, shape, or color may occur due to the handmade nature of our items.
• We do not use preservatives; therefore, products should be consumed within the recommended timementioned on the packaging.

• Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Incorrect information may result in delayed or failed deliveries.
• If the recipient is unavailable, the delivery may be rescheduled or canceled, and additional charges may apply.

• All content, including images, logos, and text on our website, is owned by Bukhari Sweets and Bakersand may not be copied or used without permission.

• We collect and store customer information only for order processingand will never share it with third parties without consent.

Payment details are securely processed and not stored on our servers.

• Our business operates under Pakistani consumer laws, including the Pakistan Consumer Protection Act.
• In case of disputes, the matter will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Quetta, Pakistan.
