We do not offer refunds once an order has been processed and delivered, except in the following rare cases:
- Incorrect item received(must be reported immediately upon delivery with proof).
- Damaged or spoiled product upon delivery(must be reported at the time of receipt with photos).
Refunds, if approved, will be processed as:
- Replacement of the item(preferred option).
- Store creditfor future purchases (valid for 30 days).
Cash refund only in cases of a confirmed delivery failure

- If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we will attempt to contact them. If unsuccessful, the order will be marked as delivered, and no refund or re-delivery will be offered.
- Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Incorrect addresses resulting in failed deliveries will not be refunded.
