• Orders placed before 5:00 PM are processed the same day.

• Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the next working day.
• Standard delivery time is 2-24 hours, depending on location and order volume.

For special or bulk orders, we recommend placing your order at least 24 hours in advance to ensure timely delivery.

• Orders within 5 km of our bakery location have a standard delivery fee.
• A flat Rs. 200 delivery charge will apply to all orders between 5 km and 10 km.
• A flat Rs. 300 delivery charge will apply to all orders beyond 10 km.
• The exact fee will be displayed at checkout.

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within our delivery areas.
• Please ensure you have the exact amount ready to avoid payment delays.
• COD is not available for bulk or custom orders above PKR 5,000; advance payment is required.

• Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message via SMS or WhatsApp.
• You will be notified when your order is out for delivery.

• If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our team will attempt to contact you.
• Orders not received after two delivery attempts may be canceled. A re-delivery fee may apply.

• Since our products are freshly baked and perishable, we do not offer returns once the order is delivered.
• Please inspect your order at the time of delivery and report any issues immediately.
